Dr. Greer Gafford Pratt has always had a deep love for animals, and she grew up surrounding herself with animals of all kinds. When she was nine years old, Dr. Pratt spent the morning shadowing her family’s veterinarian, where she instantly fell in love with the profession. When her mother came to pick her up at lunch, she begged her to stay the rest of the day. From that day forward, Dr. Pratt knew her dream was to become a veterinarian!
Dr. Pratt grew up in Smyrna, Georgia. She completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), where she competed on UGA’s Cross Country and Track and Field teams. Following her graduation from UGA, she made a big move from Athens, Georgia to Grenada, West Indies to begin her veterinary education at St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine. On the island, Dr. Pratt gained experience with animals ranging from tiny puppies to the Leatherback Sea Turtle, the largest sea turtle in the world! For her final year of veterinary school, Dr. Pratt returned to Athens, Georgia to complete her clinical rotations at The University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Pratt’s special interests include dentistry, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery. She looks forward to helping your “Good Dog” live their very best life!
In their free time Dr. Pratt, her husband, and their yellow labrador River will be found exploring the outdoors (River’s preference is to be near any body of water)!

Dr. Rice has a bluetick coonhound, named Walter, that has been by her side throughout her journey. Dr. Rice’s favorite aspect of veterinary medicine is not only having the privilege to work with her sweet patients but also getting to form connections with clients and help strengthen their bond with their beloved pets. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with friends and Walter, and visit her family at the beach in Florida!

While Dr. Tillis’ entire family works in the human medical field, she realized early on that human medicine wasn’t her calling. However, she couldn’t shake her passion for medicine and hands-on care. After a summer job as a veterinary assistant, she knew veterinary medicine was her passion. Why not put her lifelong love of animals to good use, thought Dr. Tillis, by serving as a veterinarian? She hasn’t looked back since!
Dr. Tillis is a “double dawg” and graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. In fact, Dr. Tillis and Dr. Singletary were classmates and graduated in the same class from the UGA CVM! Danielle lives with her husband James, two children, and Odin (their “goofball” of a Great Dane). Dr. Tillis and her family love all things Georgia sports: the Braves, the Falcons, Atlanta United, and UGA football. Chop on. Rise up. Unite and conquer. And of course, Go Dawgs!
